This beautiful, vibrant alligator/crocodile head pipe has been meticulously sculpted to include many details. The coloring was done by coating a thick tube of clear glass with a colored glass powder called Forest Green, and fuming with silver (for color changing). After the custom colored tube was created the piece was sculpted and shaped, and the eyes, teeth etc. were added. The bowl is on the bottom, so you hold the pipe upside down when smoking. When the piece is sitting right side up, most people would not guess that it's a pipe... you could keep it on your mantel, and nobody would know that you have a pipe on display. This would make a unique gift for a smoker who likes reptiles. The lighter in the last photo is a standard sized Bic lighter.
